NEVER EASY but worth the HARD WORK

Each family raises their children differently based on past experiences, cultures, religious beliefs, books, social media, support groups, etc.…
The most important things that I, as a parent, have learned out of all of them is to remember to show you care by:
- Listening
- Advising
- Saying “I love you”
- Best of all….. just being there with/for them.
It makes identifying concerns/issues/problems a lot easier than it would if you didn't take the time out to connect with them.
Make sure you allow yourself a break also when things get stressful or scary because it's surprising how quickly our children pick up our habits or behaviors. We might not intentionally mean to do it but children are little sponges and focus on everything.
